LemonAid stand for the benefit of Easter stamps

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, 3701 Bellemeade Ave.
Coordinated by Abby Wells, with help from parents Amy and Mark and brothers PJ and Noah, the 26th annual LemonAid stand for Easterseals will feature burgers, hot dogs, barbecue sandwiches, ice cream, baked goods, lemonade and lemonade slush for sale on the property’s lawn. This fundraiser benefits Easterseals Rehabilitation Center.

The Evansville Parks Foundation presents this free, family-friendly concert series and kicks off its 2022 season tonight with live music from JustUs4. The series features live music, food trucks, and more.

Explore a wild world of animatronic dinosaurs on this three-day traveling show. Meet a 50-foot-long apatosaurus, spinosaurus, tyrannosaurus rex, and megalodon, as well as baby dinosaurs. Dinosaur rides, fossil digs, inflatables, science exhibit, soft play area and live raptor show complete the interactive adventure. Tickets range from $19 to $36 per person and can be purchased online.

The first Friday in June at Haynie’s Corner celebrates Pride Month with live music from Dave Flick, a family drag show, art vendors, food trucks and Stef L’s Love Block Party at Washington’s Corner Avenue and Judson Street.
Newburgh Market Opening Day 2022

Old Locks and Dam Park, Newburgh, Indiana
Kick off the 2022 fresh food season on the banks of the Ohio River in nearby Newburgh. Every Saturday morning through August, regional vendors will sell meat, produce, baked goods, fresh juices, jewelry, flowers and herbs, clothing, crafts, and more. Yoga, Pilates and live music are also frequently offered.
Spring Saturday for Small Business

Downtown Evansville
Sixty-seven cents of every dollar spent goes back into the cash register at local stores during this spring’s Small Business Saturday in downtown Evansville. Pick up a free shopping bag designed by Pride and purchase a limited-edition tank top before the River City Pride Parade crosses Main Street at 11 a.m.
River City Pride Festival and Parade

Haynie’s Corner Arts District, Washington and Adams Avenues
Kick off Pride month with a festival fit for a queen. A one-hour parade to Main Street and back will be followed by a free full-day festival atmosphere with craft vendors, a children’s playground, food trucks, entertainment and a cafe outdoors for guests over 21 years old.

Mesker Park Zoo and Botanical Garden, 1545 Mesker Park Drive
The annual Zoo Brew is revamped in 2022. Attendees can relax in multiple chill-out spaces, each with a variety of regional craft beers to sample. Live music and food trucks will be available, and Logan’s Promise will be on hand to help attendees get home safely after enjoying their beers.

Main Street South, Henderson, Kentucky
Enjoy an evening of free music while sprawled on the lawns of historic homes and the public library along Main Street in Henderson, Kentucky. Lineup includes King’s Highway, The Sellouts, Soul in the Pocket, Macie Swartz, Dakota Hayden, Maggie Hollis, Madeline Wilkerson and Spencer Bloodworth, with delicious treats from food trucks such as Tom’s Smokin’ BBQ, Acropolis Express, The Chimi Truck, Kona Ice, Trappin Chik’n and Lolly’s Pops. Participants must bring their own blankets and chairs.
