As Valentine’s Day falls on Monday, February 14, a day after the Super Bowl, Panera Bread is looking to give away diamond rings for something other than NFL Big Game winners or Valentine’s Day engagements.
This year, the bakery-café chain is offering customers a chance to win their very own lab-cut diamond ring – cut in a baguette-cut and set in a gold band – along with unlimited coffee. From February 14-18, Panera fans can enter for a chance to win a new addition to their jewelry collection as well as a one-year membership to Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club.
22 winners will receive unlimited coffee membership and a baguette-cut sparkle ring complemented by smaller sparkle stones packaged in a personalized ring box inspired by Panera’s popular Bread Bowl.
During the contest entry period, fans can tweet on Twitter or create an Instagram post with the hashtags #PaneraDate and #Sweepstakes along with a photo of their Panera Date. A “Panera date” is a photo of them enjoying their favorite Panera Bread coffee or Panera Bread At-Home products alone, or with a significant other, friends or colleagues.
“For those who wake up feeling defeated, nothing reassures you better than unlimited coffee and a delicious baguette – and we’re leveling that this year,” says Drayton Martin, Vice President of Brand Creation at Panera Bread. “This time of year can be filled with ups and downs, wins and losses – but Panera is always there to help fill your cup. The beautiful baguette-cut ring is an ode to our artisan bread, which, paired with our Unlimited Sip Club, will make our customers’ day a little brighter.
